Origin

Additive manufacturing doesn't have to mean ADD more.

Most "recycled" home goods buy pre-made filament from someone, somewhere. We don't. We collect the bottles, wash and shred them, extrude our own filament, and print every piece — every step in one Jersey City workshop.

  • 01
Collect & sortPET water bottles from local recycling streams in Hudson County. PLA scrap from partner makerspaces in Brooklyn. Sorted by color, cleaned, dried.
  • 02
Shred & extrudeCleaned bottles are shredded into flake, then extruded as 1.75 mm filament. Each batch carries the slight color variation of the original waste — we don't dye over it.
  • 03
Print & finishEvery piece is printed on our 800 mm large-format bed — most of these forms can't be made any other way. Hand-finished, wired, tested, and shipped from Jersey City.
This is our supply chain.
