Terms of sale

Every ORIGEN piece is made to order in our Jersey City studio. Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days of confirmation.

• Custom work. Commissions are quoted per project. A quote becomes binding when confirmed in writing by both parties.
• Returns. Made-to-order pieces are final sale, except as covered by the Circular Program below or where an item arrives damaged. Report damage within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace or credit the piece.
• Circular Program. Any ORIGEN object may be returned within 1 year of purchase for a closed-loop credit toward a new design. Credit values are confirmed at intake.
• Intellectual property. All designs, imagery, and text on this site are the property of ORIGEN and may not be reproduced without permission.

Privacy

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order or answer your inquiry: name, email, shipping address, and order details.

• We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
• Newsletter signups receive studio updates only and can unsubscribe at any time.
• Payment details are processed by our payment provider and never stored by ORIGEN.
• To request a copy or deletion of your data, email hello@origenobjects.com.
